Instructors

Lauren Scott, PT,MPT, ATC received her BS from Boise State University in Athletic Training and her master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah. Lauren's interests include treatment of the spine, hip and pelvis, women's & men's health, prenatal/postpartum pelvic pain/dysfunction, and incontinence (urinary & fecal).  She has received advanced training from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute.  Lauren is currently pursuing advanced certifications in manual therapy from NAIOMT and biofeedback from BCIA in pelvic muscle dysfunction. She is also certified on the full line of Pilates apparatus from Polestar Education and CORE Align from Balanced Body University.

In 2004, Lauren set out to create a new type of practice, which would take a holistic approach to the overall well-being of her patients.  This allows patients to take a more active role in their health, incorporating Pilates with physical therapy.
